Neophytes are given more responsibility for the grove. They are expected to:
- Setup the altar before circles under the direction of the Summoner
- Help with introductions of guests at ritual and making sure they are taken care of
- Help with setting up the splash
- Provide further assistance to the officiants as needed
- Check on and work with Grove students as necessary
- Notify the Priest/Priestess in event of absence from circles
- Do all assignments in a timely fashion.

Write two workings in there, 1) a full drawing down for both deities and 2) a meditation. Be prepared to run your ritual as written using the meditation as the working.
